Probabilistic Risk Analysis

INTERA offers over 20 years of experience with all aspects of probabilistic risk assessments for waste isolation projects from characterizing and quantifying uncertainty in model inputs and predictions to identifying the key drivers of uncertainty in system performance. In addition to routinely using commercially available software such as GoldSim, INTERA has developed our own integrated probabilistic modeling system, known as paCalc, to conduct performance assessment calculations and verify the results of other modeling software. Regardless of the particular software selected, INTERA's expertise enables the practical application of probabilistic modeling, risk assessment, and statistical analysis techniques to support waste isolation projects.
