Site Maintenance & Monitoring

INTERA's work does not stop with the implementation of a remedial action. Many sites require that additional activities be conducted to ensure that earlier cleanup activities will protect the public and the environment over the long-term. Our experience includes operating, maintaining, and monitoring a variety of environmental systems that we have either installed or are already in place. In addition to operating and maintaining treatment systems, we have the capabilities and experience necessary to optimize these systems to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce remediation schedules.

We also routinely design and implement sampling programs to monitor groundwater until cleanup standards have been met. This includes examining monitoring well networks and the data collected from sampling these wells to determine where the number of samples or frequency of sampling can be optimized, without sacrificing data quality or completeness, to reduce the costs associated with sample collection and analysis. As part of our monitoring and maintenance activities, we also produce the reports necessary to satisfy all regulatory requirements.
