Ms. Baker is a hydrogeologist specializing in environmental site characterization, engineering geology, environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, and numerical flow and transport modeling. She has over 21 years of project experience and has provided environmental assessment services to both private and commercial clients as well as for the State of Texas through conduct of remedial investigations, and human health and ecological risk assessments at State of Texas Superfund sites. Ms. Baker has also managed remediation engineering activities at numerous leaking petroleum storage tank sites for the State of Texas and at abandoned oil and gas exploration and production sites for the Railroad Commission of Texas. Ms. Baker has been involved in modeling projects for both private industry and the federal government concerning fate and transport of contaminants in the subsurface and the performance assessment of a site considered for long-term geologic storage of radioactive waste in west Texas. Ms. Baker's numerical modeling experience includes the use of three-dimensional single-phase and/or multi-phase codes such as MODFLOW, SWIFT II, TOUGH2, and TRACR3D.
