Larry Coons possesses over 30 years of professional experience in New Mexico and throughout the Rocky Mountain west. Mr. Coons is a registered professional engineer in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and Texas, and is a certified professional hydrogeologist with the American Institute of Hydrology. Mr. Coons possesses unique credentials in his training and education, which combines geology, hydrogeology, and applied engineering and implementation with strong engineering management skills. Mr. Coons has served as an expert in both judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings. He is a classified expert witness in groundwater hydrology, aquifer hydraulics, groundwater engineering, disposal cell performance assessments, and civil engineering.
